Day 1: Arusha
You will be picked up early in the morning and driven to Arusha, arriving late in the afternoon. Time for lunch. Check-in at Arusha Hotel and relax until 16:00, followed by a city tour of Arusha until about 19:00 for dinner and overnight.
Arusha is the third-largest city in Tanzania, where you will find the East African Community Parliament. Visit the coffee and tea farms and museums. (Dinner and overnight at hotel.)
Day 2: Ngorongoro
Wake up at 5:30 am for a full breakfast and departure to Ngorongoro Crater with a packed lunch.
After arrival in Ngorongoro, the descent to the crater floor takes place at about 2000 meters directly from the crater rim to the crater floor.
The Ngorongoro belongs to the world cultural heritage because it was chosen as the eighth wonder of the world.
Local sights are swamps, meadows, forests, rivers, lakes and hills.
There are elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffalos, wildebeests, hyenas and black rhinos.
The Ngorongoro offers such an amazing variety of animals as if Noah’s Ark broke here.
Game drive into the crater until evening with dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.
Day 3: Serengeti
Wake up at 6:00am for a full breakfast and departure to the Serengeti National Park on a route of 130 kms.
Arrive at the gate and start a game drive on the way to the camp or lodge.
Check in at camp or lodge around 13:00.
Relax until 4pm, then an evening game drive until 6:30 pm.
(There is another option for a full game drive with a packed lunch until 18:30). Dinner and overnight at the lodge or camp.
Day 4: Serengeti
Wake up at 5:30 am for a cup of tea or coffee followed by an early morning game drive until 8:30 am for full breakfast. Full game drives follow until about 13.00 for lunch.
Relax until 16:00, then an evening game drive until 18:30. (There is another option for a full game drive with a packed lunch until 18:30).
Dinner and overnight at a camp or lodge.
Day 5: Lake Manyara
Wake up at 6:00 for a full breakfast and departure to Lake Manyara on a 220km route. Once at the gate, start a game drive on the way to the lodge/camp.
Check-in at 13.00 for lunch with an afternoon break. From 16:00 for another game drive along the shores of Lake Manyara until 18:30. We then return to camp/lodge for dinner and overnight.
Lake Manyara is an alkaline lake where millions of flamingos live. Other species of birds can also be found here. Manyara is a Masai word and means euphorbia forests that can be found along the Great Rift Valley.
The Manyara also offers a perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife (over 400 different species of birds have been found, including water birds such as pelicans, flamingos, cormorants, storks, ospreys and, among others, kingfishers).
Local attractions include the lake, euphorbia forests, floodplains, forests and, among other things, a narrow belt of acacia.
Among the animals living there are elephants, tree climbing lions (lions climbing trees), giraffes, zebras, impalas, waterbucks, kirk-dik-diks and among others cliffs Springer.
Day 6: Lake Manyara – Mombasa
Wake up at 6:00 am for a full breakfast and departure from Lake Manyara to Voi in Kenya for lunch on a 400 km route. Late evening arrival at the hotel where your Kenya Safari ends
