Good safari expérience as a woman solo traveller As a solo french woman, I went on safari at the beginning of January with Marco Polo Safari in front of my Neptune hôtel. About my experience : Elijah was a super driver with good interactions and easy to talk , also safe drive and protective, I really appreciate having him as a guide. For the safari, at least its a lottery and unfortunelly it wasnt full of animals like I could expect but it was ok. I understand that's the game and I m already feel lucky and grateful to saw éléphants, buffalos, girafes, zebras, and quickly quickly one lion. 😁 Good experience !

Sensational Safari! Just returned from 3 day safari in Tsavo East/West. This was booked as a "special" holiday for my 50th but had to be postponed for 3 yrs due to Pandemic. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT.
Truely wonderful time, the hotels were top notch (Anil, and Saltlick) and food delicious. The animals were amazing - getting up close and personal to a pride of Lionesses was a highlight as was virtually sharing the waterhole at Saltlick with a buffalo (watched from the viewing tunnel).
But it was Michael, our driver, who made the trip truely special, he was both knowledgeable and super company, we would have happily stayed for another 3 days. Thank you Marco & Michael, I hope we can return soon for some rhino spotting!

Fantastic safari From the moment we contacted Marco we were impressed with everything. Contact was easy and he tailor made our 3 night safari in Amboseli, Tsavo West and East. The lodges chosen were great and I will write separate reviews on them. He changed the lodge on the last night as the recent reviews of the original lodge on the last night had not been good. Abdul our guide was brilliant collecting us on time from our hotel in Nairobi and driving us to Amboseli for the first day. He was a great guide, pointing out animals that we could not have seen without his expertise. We then went on to Tsavo and the whole time, he was very informative about life in Kenya and the animals. We were dropped at our hotel in Diani at the end. Would definitely recommend Marco Polo and Abdul. We felt the safari was very good value.

Excellent Safari trip I would definitely recommend Marco Polo Safari if you plan a safari in kenya. All the booking was very easy and professional, and we had an exceptionnel guide : Bonnie.

You get an excellent quality (lodges, jeep, competent and knowledgable guide..) for a very good price

The experience was so great and we saw plenty of wild animals (amboseli and Tsavo)

Amazing snorkeling with mv safoo Quick booking through captain Hussain (beach boy) and Marco polo travel.
Day to Wasini island .
Car arrived early for our private excursion .
Tickets etc all quickly dealt with at harbour. We had a big dhow with mv safoo.
Mohammed and friends looked after us brilliantly especially pulling my wife around the coral area as she s not such great swimmer.
We saw dolphins
Had two snorkeling sessions on the reef.
So many fish it was amazing .
Grouper , stone fish , turtle and shoals of all kinds.
I would go again at the drop of a hat and I ve snorkelled all around the world inckuding the barrier reef Egypt maldives Thailand , and it was an excellent experience well led by the mv safoo team.
Lunch was beautiful and fresh and arrived by boat including lobster (2,000shillingx extra but worth it)

Tsavo East Review Wonderful experience with micheal our tour guide at Tsavo East. Picked up at 6.30am he explained everything we would need. His knowledge of the park and the animals and great. A truly once in a lifetime experience. Would highly recommend Marco Polo and use again in the future.
