Fantastic safari From the moment we contacted Marco we were impressed with everything. Contact was easy and he tailor made our 3 night safari in Amboseli, Tsavo West and East. The lodges chosen were great and I will write separate reviews on them. He changed the lodge on the last night as the recent reviews of the original lodge on the last night had not been good. Abdul our guide was brilliant collecting us on time from our hotel in Nairobi and driving us to Amboseli for the first day. He was a great guide, pointing out animals that we could not have seen without his expertise. We then went on to Tsavo and the whole time, he was very informative about life in Kenya and the animals. We were dropped at our hotel in Diani at the end. Would definitely recommend Marco Polo and Abdul. We felt the safari was very good value.

Great safari with knowledgable guide This was originally a booking to travel in 2020 and had to be postponed due to Covid. Rising cost of airfares and airline cancellations meant I had to make several changes. Marco Polo were very prompt in responding and flexible which was so helpful. The safari itself was amazing. We saw elephants, zebras, gazelles, giraffes, hippos, monkeys, lions, buffalo, crocodiles, warthogs and more. Our guide was informative with 20 years of experience under his belt. Both accommodations were good, clean, offered good food and viewing areas for the wildlife. We stayed at Sentrim Tsavo Camp and Kilaguni Serena Lodge. Kilaguni was definitely my favourite out of the 2. We had the best view at breakfast watching the animals. It was unforgettable! The jeep was in good condition and I wouldn't hesitate to book with Marco Polo again. We enjoyed Tsavo East and West this time. I'd love to go back and see Maasai Mara next time. Tsavo East and West We spend a marvelous , awesome 4 days with sir Amos as a tour guide on safari for the first time in our lives and we will go back again!!! Soon. Unforgettable experience for a city beasts like us 😉

Amazing Safari- Tsavo East We recently returned from our wonderful holiday in Kenya. While staying at Diani beach, we booked a 2 night / 3 day safari with Marco at Marco Polo Safaris who was very helpful. It was amazing and we were looked after by Michael who was fantastic during our safari.
From the first moment our family was in super capable and professional hands with Michale going out of his way to accommodate what we wanted to get from our short safari. We traveled to Tsavo East and stayed at the Ashnil Aruba Lodge.
We knew the risk of going during the wet season and Michael went out of his way to ensure we saw as much as possible. He has an amazing ability to spot wildlife and managed to give us the opportunity to see everything we wanted to see.
Michael really looked after us, has a super professional yet relaxed and accommodating approach and is a very safe driver.
We went with our two children (11 & 13) and honestly it was a trip that will be remembered by our family as an incredible experience forever. Should we ever return to Kenya and look to do a safari again in future we would 100% want Michael to take us out again. Our thanks to Michael and Marco!

Awsome 2 days at Tsavo East A wonderful 2 day Tsavo East private jeep Safari. Abdul, our driver, picked us up at 6am directly at our hotel. For the next two days he impressed us with his german proficiency, his knowledge about animals and the wilderness and his reliable and safe driving style. Thanks a lot for that Abdul ! We stayed at Manyatta lodge, its a little outside of the park but is a stunning location. Excellent food and breakfast. In the morning we watched a elephant family passing the river in front of the lodge. Game drives were awsome, spotted plenty of animals, even a leopard. We were back the other day at 2pm at our hotel. Super value for money. Highly recommended.
