How Marco Polo makes beautiful memories from my holidays November is great time for safari due to amazing contrast between green savanna and orange soil. To improve our experience we took Marco Polo Toyota only for our family. It allows us to spent some quality time together and gave flexibility in sightseeing. Bonnie is a very helpful and reliable driver who put great effort to show us Tsavo East as it best. Wonderful creatures in natural environment will last in my memories for long time. However because Diani beach is in some distance from Tsavo national Park our safari was a real journey through Kenia and become true meaning of this word as it is in suahili.

10/10 All in all a perfect experience! Great organization!!! We didn’t have to care bout nothing! Thanks to Marco and his lovely team! Would always do it again..

Service at it's best We are safe back from our today's 3Mombasa tour. Everything was really fine, the driver Paul and specially the guide Ziro were extraordinary. 8 day Safari We did an 8 day safari going through Masi Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli and Tsavo East. We were picked up from Nairobi airport and then started the Safari, ending on the coast at Diani Beach where we spend a few nights before flying back to Nairobi.
We booked with Marco via their website and confirmed all the details over email and whatsapp. Marco was very helpful and answered all our questions (we also requested a cycle trip at Hells Gate which Marco arranged for us). We paid a 50% deposit by bank transfer and the balance was paid to the driver at the start of the safari in USD cash. The reason for the cash payment is because it is needed to pay the park and lodge fees (this is normal practice).
The safari itself was amazing, we travelled and did the game drives in a large jeep where the roof can be risen allowing you to stand up and get a 360 view of all the animals around you. We saw the big five and many many more animals.
Our driver was called Michael and was wonderful. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the animals, parks and landscapes. He is also well connected with the other game drivers and they work together to find the animals so you have the best chance of seeing them. We visited 5 different parks which meant a lot of different terrains and weather conditions, Michael knew all the parks well (which is not very common as most drivers only go to 1 or 2 parks). He is also a skilled driver in terms of managing the different weather conditions so we always felt very safe.
The accommodation Marco arranged was all very nice and luxurious (mainly tented camps and lodges), we felt very spoilt!
We went go to Diani Beach Marco also helped us with arranging a snorkeling trip.
I cannot recommend Marco and Michael enough, our safari trip was perfectly organised and such an amazing experience.

Highly recommend I have just returned from an overnight safari to Tesco east with Marco Polo Tours. Our.guide was Matthias. He collected me exactly when and where I had arranged with the office when I booked. He is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. My safari experience was better than I had imagined. Our accommodation at Sentrum Lodge in the park was beautiful. The lodges are spotlessly clean and roomy. Coffee and tea making facilities and complimentary bottles of water provided in the room. There is a hairdryer and slippers also provided. My lodge was facing onto the watering hole and I was lucky enough to see a group of elephants come for a drink. The grounds are beautifully shaded with trees and visiting monkeys, birds and butterflies. There is a swimming pool with sunbeds and free towels provided. Meals are included in the price and the only extra is drink.
The food is delicious with so many choices and the staff very friendly. There were vegetarian options at lunch dinner and breakfast.
I only wished I was staying longer to try all the food on offer.
Exploring around the park with Matthias was so exciting and he ensured that we saw many animals and passed on his knowledge about the animals and their surroundings.

Best safari experience in Kenya Great safari experience in Kenya with excellent driver. We had a problem with the Flight but Marco find an optimal solition for us chancing the program in a very professional Way. I highly reccomand the safari experience since the accomodations are very beautiful and the driver (Michael) was great.
Very professional and very kind. We will chose them for Safaris in Tanzania in the next years.
