Above expectations Our 2-day safari in private jeep to Tsavo East supported by guide Michael with overnight stay at Sentrim Lodge was beyond expectations. We had a great drive and spotted plenty of beautiful wild animals.

At the nakuru lake , choose the lodge up the hill with the vue on the lake.
Naivasha country club was less exiting ,the room wasn't very nice and the lake less nice than the Nakuru(6/10)

Amboseli-Oltukai lodge vey nice place with vue on the Kilimanjaro(.8/10)

Tsavo East-Ashnil Aruba lodge is middle class (7/10)

In Diani beach The Baobab hotel is nice, 3 pools, nice garden and vue on the beach. , but the food "all inclusive" wasn't good.

We visited a very nice hotel called Nomad, Very Indiana Jones type 😀

Tsavo wonderfull trip safari The owner Marco adviced us 2 days instead of 1.
It was worth 1000 times the money.
Wonderfull trip with a guide AMOS and chauffeur who drove us safely to the safari tsavo and back.
In the park we saw ALL possible animals. And the quide showed us everything.
We started in VOI and everything was clean, good organized, great food etc .
And in the evening we saw z lot of animals

2 days in Tsavo East with all the beautiful small and big friends! I’ve just returned from my second safari with Marco Polo Safaris, and once again it was a truly memorable experience. This time I booked a 2-day safari to Tsavo East, and I traveled alone, which turned out to be the best decision. Going solo meant I could fully focus on the animals I’m most excited about, take my time, and enjoy every moment without rushing.

My guide, Mike, was outstanding. He’s calm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, but what impressed me most is his eye for wildlife. He notices movement and details in the landscape that most people would completely miss. From the very beginning, it felt like I was with someone who genuinely loves what he does.

The safari kicked off with a spotted owl, and from that moment birds became the highlight of the trip. We spotted an amazing variety: big and small birds, plus many different birds of prey. If you’re a bird lover (or even if you think you aren’t), this experience might convert you.

My absolute favorite memory was seeing mongooses jumping around on a termite mound — it was one of those simple, joyful wildlife moments you don’t forget. And it reminded me of something important: safari isn’t only about ticking off the Big Five. It’s about admiring every creature, from the smallest animals to the iconic ones, and taking in the stunning landscapes that make the whole experience feel special.

A big thank to Marco, as always, who helped me plan the safari ahead of time. The communication was smooth, the advice was helpful, and the patience and support made everything stress-free. And Mike, thank you for the laughs, the great company, and all the incredible sightings (even outside the park!). I’d absolutely recommend Marco Polo Safaris and would happily book again.

Amazing Safari and great memories! Amazing Safari experience. Our driver Abdul was really great at spotting animals from far away in every park we went. He also is very knowledgeable as he explained us many things during our trip. We do more than 50 animals, including black rhino with his baby. That one was a great memory! Marco Polo booked for us all the accommodations. Food and rooms were great. I would definitely recommend to plan your visit to Kenya with them.

One day safari to Tsavo East Two weeks ago, we went on a one-day safari to Tsavo East. Firstly, Marco is professional, and friendly and can recommend trips you would like to have.For the day we booked a safari no one else had booked before. We appreciate very much that Marco did not cancel or postpone the trip, instead, he gave the car and a driver just for the 2 of us, whereas we had an agreement. On safari, so much depends on the driver. We were lucky to get the best one who was very attentive. We were surprised that he was able to drive and even showed us some animals we were not able to notice. Thanks to him we saw really a lot. I remember he was searching for the lions to show us since he was told that there had been lions nearby in the morning. And we found!!!! Two lions laying under the tree.So, we would definitely recommend Marco Polo Safaris.Best wishes,Mila&Marian
