Amazing experience! Flying over the wildgrass in Masai Mara Reserve is unforgettable. Marco recommended us beautiful camp- Oloshaika Camp. Although, it may not be as popular as Mara Engai, it was all worth it, wonderful interior and friendly staff, that made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend Marco Polo Tours and Safaris. Check it out if you are near Mwabungu/ Diani Beach, its office is opposite Neptune Hotels.

Shimba Hills 1 day & Wasini Island 1 day Our trip to Shimba Hills was fantastic, our guide was great and very knowledgeable about the wildlife in the park. The waterfall was spectacular and the hike was actually really enjoyable as you get the see parts of the park that you wouldn't get to see by vehicle. Our lunch at Shimba Green Lodge was great with amazing views! Considering we had been to Amboseli and Tsavo prior to this trip where we saw so much wildlife, Shimba was great as it is completely different with some unique wildlife like the Sable antelope.

Our trip to Wasini Island was also fantastic! We saw dolphins on route to the Marine park which was a bonus as it is never a given to actually see them. The Marine park itself is great with great coral and wildlife, we saw 2 octopus and a lot of big Unicorn fish. As we had some people on board that weren't the most confident swimmers we then went to an amazing shallow part of the marine park where you are waste height in the middle of the sea which was amazing, the water was so still and the sand was beautiful. We then had lunch which was absolutely delicious, you have to try the crab. On route back to the mainland the guides performed songs which was such a lovely end to the trip!

Wir haben die Safari Tour zwei Monate vor unserer Reise nach Kenia online gebucht. Die Empfehlung für Marco Polo Safaris erhielten wir von unserem Strandhotel in Diani Beach. Die Kommunikation per E-Mail war schnell, kompetent und freundlich.

Am ersten Tag wurden wir morgens pünktlich am Hotel von unserem Guide Amos abgeholt. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt mussten wir uns um nichts mehr selbst kümmern, da die komplette Reise (Fahrt, Stopps, Einfahrt in die Parks, Check-In Unterkünfte) super organisiert war. Es gab zwar eine kurze Unstimmigkeit bezüglich des Umrechnungskurses von USD in EUR, diese konnte aber sofort telefonisch geklärt werden.

Unsere Reise war von Anfang bis Ende gefüllt mit vielen einmaligen, wunderschönen Momenten.
Den größten Beitrag dazu leistete unser Fahrer & Guide Amos, weshalb wir uns von Herzen bei ihm für die unvergessliche Zeit bedanken möchten. Er ist ein warmherziger, respektvoller Mensch, ein sicherer und erfahrener Guide, in dessen Anwesenheit wir uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt haben. Seinen Job als Guide macht er super, da er neben seinem Gespür und Blick für die Tiere, auch viel Wissenswertes über das Land und die Kultur teilt. Er geht dabei zu 100% auf seine Gäste ein und gibt alles, um deren Wünsche bestmöglich zu erfüllen - ohne ihn hätten wir definitiv nicht so viel erlebt & gesehen.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder eine Safari Tour über Marco Polo buchen und nach Amos fragen - Hallelujah!

Perfect One Day Tsavo East Tour We did a one day tour to Tsavo East from our hotel in Diani Beach with Marco Polo Safaris. Marco was great at corresponding with my inquires and quickly arranged pickup and drop-off from our resort to the park once I booked. The package included lunch at a lodge that overlooked a watering hole with monkeys, birds, and elephants. Our guide was great- highly recommend!

Jambo kenya I am absolutely grateful to Marco Polo safari and his driver Bonnie to made me realize one of my child's dream. I traveled with two girlfriends and we had a blast! The locations our tour provided were excellent and the kindness and availability of our driver made everything easy. Thank you so much again, we will be back!
