In the spacious garden there are five spacious and well equipped bungalows with typical Makuti (palm straw) roofs. They each have extra-long Lamu double beds; a single bed or a travel bed for small children can be added on request. The slightly larger Bungalow 5 has an additional double-storey bed in a niche on the ground floor (preferred for children) and is an option especially for families.
Bungalow 1 (directly on the water) has an additional outdoor terrace with Lamu day bed – an ideal place for honeymooners and all those who like it especially private (extra charge). Bungalow 5 also has a two-storey bed for children. In the main house (also directly by the water) there are two separate rooms with the equipment features of the bungalows. They have solid walls and are very airy through windows on all four sides. Of course there is also an own terrace with sea view (No. 6) or a large roof terrace with sea view (extra charge).
All bungalows have a covered veranda with sea view. The shower bathrooms are equipped with solar water heaters. Large mosquito nets as well as fans are part of the equipment – mostly there is a refreshing breeze near the beach anyway. Each bungalow has a kettle for coffee and tea as well as a safe. A beach chair with bath towels and pillows is always ready.
Bath towels are provided. We wash your clothes for a small fee. Daily room service is included in the price. Laundry service on request. The management is available around the clock on the property.
We are open from October to Easter – these are mainly the months in which the northern monsoon wind makes for particularly nice weather; in October and November, however, there may be some rain and sea grass on the beach. We are closed from April to September (this is the “winter” in the southern hemisphere).
