Secluded and exclusive, Lions Bluff is suspended above an ancient elephant migratory corridor, with stunning panoramic views extending across the Lumo Community Sanctuary and the Tsavo eco-system to the majestic Mt Kilimanjaro. Lions Bluff Lodge has three types of rooms all taking advantage of the incredible vista stretching over the grass plains of the Lumo Conservancy. Eleven of the rooms are built out from the hill on wooden stilts, with wooden floors, canvas walls and traditional coconut palm thatch roofs, one is built in the same style but with ferrous cement walls and private canvas walled verandah. The most recent addition is a traditional stone walled cottage with two bedrooms whose exterior walls are painted with the red soils of Tsavo, the interior rooms have high ceilings to keep the room cool and a shared long veranda with a coconut palm thatch roof Stay in a small, unique lodge of sustainable timber, canvas and traditional coconut thatch. For those that prefer the lodge also has a charming two room cottage built with local stone and decorated with the same red soils as Tsavo’s “red Elephant”. Sleep in a hand-made four poster bed in crisp cotton sheets and awake to Africa’s incredible sunrise ready to enjoy a game drive or bush walk before a hearty breakfast ..perhaps in the bush.. and you have begun to conjure up the magic that is Lions Bluff.

Perched on the rim of a cliff with the vistas of the fused golden and green arid plains of Tsavo East National Parkspread below you, the Voi Safari Lodge is budget accommodation geared towards the beach vacationers from the coast of Kenya. Three watering holes below the lodge attract animals all through the day and you are likely to see herds of elephants, buffalos, gazelles, impalas and many more stopping by for a drink. Artefacts and pictures grace the walls while lounge furniture made with tree trunks and sturdy branches allow for comfortable seats with awesome views of the landscape. Guests traveling in Tsavo East National Park can opt for any of the 53 rooms on offer at Voi Safari Lodge that are located in structures with three floors. Some of the rooms include twin beds while others have a double bed with an additional single bed. Over 125 guests can be accommodated at Voi Safari Lodge. The outer wall has a large window that provides views of the park’s horizon and its denizens outside seems like a wildlife motion picture in progress. The rooms have an attached bathroom with shower cubicle and the basic amenities typical of an economy establishment.

The Voyager Tsavo Safari Camp, formerly known as Ziwani Camp is often referred to as the Jewel of Tsavo. The camp is situated on the edge of Tsavo West National Park and all the tents were erected on the banks of the Tsavo River. All tents are equipped with shower, toilet and private verandah. From the terrace and from the restaurant you can enjoy a beautiful view of a small pond. A small bar is also available and in the evening there are performances from the Maasai.
