Ngulia Safari Lodge was built in 1969 and is located in the Tsavo West National Park, which is home to a host of wild animals. The lodge is perched on the Ndawe Escarpment, just below Ngulia Hills, and overlooks a rhino sanctuary surrounded by scenic hills. Rhino Valley Lodge is located in Tsavo West National Park. If you are looking for something rustic, this is the right place for you. The furnishings are rustic and functional. Rhino Valley Lodge has 16 rooms, all self-contained, with a private veranda and a magnificent view of the animals at the nearby waterhole. At night there is no electricity from about 22:00 – 6:00 o’clock. There is silence and you can absorb the nature.

The park is home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, buffaloes, lesser kudus, Grant gazelles, gerenuks and around 500 bird species among others. While on game drive you might come across ‘red elephants’.
